First Draft of My Motion Graphics: 3D City Block Project
Hello viewers, this is my very first ACTUAL 3D project. Within my 3D project, you will notice that I used two different computer soft wares such as Adobe Photo Shop and Adobe After Affects. I first started my 3D project by taking photos of my city block. To be more specific, I took photos of all of the buildings within my city block. To be more specific than that, I took photos of every side of each building; all four sides, so when I finally uploaded the photos into Adobe After Affects, I could turn all of the 2D photos into 3D figures/structures. This is not my actually entire city block, but once again, this is a first draft and working progress. After completing in taking photos of my city block, I uploaded the videos to Adobe Photo Shop to edit them. Within Photo Shop, I had to use many tools such as the Duplicate Tool, Clone Stamp Tool, Rectangular Marquee Tool, Polygonal Lasso Tool, Move Tool, and so much more. After editing the photos in Adobe Photo Shop, I saved the photos as layers and transported the edited photos into Adobe After Affects. In Adobe After Affects, I first started by toggling on the 3D Layer for all of the layers I was currently using. I then combined all of the 2D images of buildings together to construct multiple 3D buildings. As soon as I was done making three of the buildings, I then created a camera, so the camera can travel through the buildings. For example, lets say that you are driving down the street looking at random buildings. This is exactly what the camera in my project is doing. Within my example, the camera in my 3D project is you driving down the street looking at random buildings. You will also notice that the buildings seem a little dark. That is because I created a light in Adobe After Affects playing the role as the sun setting in the evening. Hopefully anyone who views my video likes my video. If anyone does want me to create them something similar to this, you can email me so we can make some type of arrangements. ENJOY!!!
